Hatha Yoga – an easy paced practice focusing on the present moment through awareness of posture, breath, and mind.
Vinyasa – softly dynamic practice that targets the muscles through a flowing sequence of yoga poses and mindful breathing.
Yin Yoga – a passive resistance practice of holding certain yin poses for a longer time, targeting the deepest layers of connective tissue. Optimal for myofascial releases and breaking down fascial adhesions/scar tissue.
Chair Yoga – a gentle practice done seated and/or by using a chair for balance.
Senior Yoga – a calm, integrated practice designed to meet the needs of seniors with compromised mobility.
Gentle Yoga – a slow paced practice of beginner level poses and deep breathing.
Face Yoga – a gentle practice that stimulates the lymphatic system and the skin while strengthening the neck and facial muscles to create a tighter look for the face and jawline.

Prior to each session, we offer an 8-minute relaxation massage in the studio’s massage chair, if desired, to relax the individual. It includes a eucalyptus infused eye pillow and weighted blanket. This is followed by Aradhna’s personalized session based on your physical needs. Some sessions may include use of equipment and/or weights.
Sessions typically last 75 min – 90 min, depending on your exercises.
Our studio is led by Aradhna Gupta, who brings a wealth of experience and passion for yoga. She has been practicing yoga since the age of 8 in India and has been teaching since 2013. Aradhna has 500+ hours registered through Yoga Alliance and is currently pursuing further studies in Yoga Therapy. Her goal is to help individuals suffering of anatomical ailments to achieve relief and improve their sense of well-being.
Aradhna works with your doctor-provided diagnosis, and offers a personalized approach to exercise and breathing. Her customized yoga/exercise plans work around your specific needs. She works with the following conditions but not limited to:

* Shoulder, back, knee and hip ailments
* Spinal ailments/conditions and other musculoskeletal concerns
She also provides guided meditation, a variety of breathing techniques, and massage chair therapy.
Aradhana is a wonderful teacher and yogi. She has a very gentle spirit about her, making you feel comfortable and wanting to learn more. My muscles are always tense and the classes I have attended with Aradhana have stretched them and softened them.

ClientAradhna Gupta has been my private yoga instructor weekly on and off for several years. I came to her with chronic neck pain from pinchee nerves. At the time I was suffering intense localized pain weekly and monthly severe headaches that mimick migraines according to my neurologist. I had tried; acupuncture, physical therapy, chiropractic, reflexology and massage. All of these helped but very little. I stopped these treatments except for an infrequent massage. It wasnt until I spent a few months coming regularly to my neck and jaw focused sessions with Aradhana that things really started to change. The aching, burning, throbbing pain calmed down to a manageable level that it had not been at in years. Next, after a few more months, the frequency and intensity of the headaches went down. They were milder and only about every 3 months. Now after years with Aradhana the pain is minimal in my neck 90% of the timeand the headaches are about once every 6 months. My neutologist has been amazed by my progress and cut down by half on my nerve pain focused medication. Aradhana is a gifted instructor and it may sound cliché but the work we do together changed my life.

We have been working together for nearly a year and have been working on balance muscle strengthening weight-bearing exercises and strengthening my core. I've become stronger have better balance straighter posture, more confidence, and truly happier since I have started working with her, she has incredible knowledge and treat you like you're only client. She is patient kind but truly and gently pushes you to improve with every session. No matter what your issues are she knows how to address them and always with correct movements and properly used equipment with safety being her first thought and what is best for the client, she teaches you how to do things properly. She is an amazing accomplished woman with terrific knowledge and genuine caring for each one of us that she sees and a huge and beautiful heart. GPArdhana is a great yoga educator. She demonstrates authenticity in her teaching and her knowledge. She has the energy and a true passion for yoga. She motivated and inspired me about yoga. What I like most about Aradhana and her method of teaching is she keeps her sequences simple, focus on breathing and incorporates more challenging poses as I continue gaining experience and confidence. Most importantly, she is always in sync with my goals in taking on yoga. Aradhana is thoroughly knowledgeable and always maintains her Yoga technical knowledge current. Her ability to guide me safely in and out of poses is imperative and her instructions are clear, calm and confident.
